    Awesome news! The buying process in Puerto Rico is quite different than in the states, but in some ways it’s actually a little simpler. Our experience was pretty smooth sailing too. I think you’ll love Rincón. It’s a bit more expensive for property than some other places on the island but you can still find deals, especially if you do it without a mortgage. If people are willing to be just outside Rincón such as in Añasco, Aguada or up in the hills of Cruses or Atalaya they may find even better deals.
